Mind Your Liver. It Needs You.®
We’re building a future where young people are mindful of liver health, lifestyle-associated liver risks, and coping behaviour that is linked to liver disease.
Mind Your Liver. It Needs You.®
Chronic liver damage is becoming a silent pandemic, especially among young adults. During the Covid-19 pandemic, liver failure rates spiked in people ages 24 to 35, with alcohol-related cases rising sharply. But stigma and silence still keep too many from getting the help they need.
Liver health is closely tied to how we live. The ways we respond to stress, use food or alcohol to cope, and handle pressure can all affect our risk more than most people realize. These patterns are common, but they are not often talked about. That’s why we’re here. To break down barriers, shift the conversation, and give people tools to take action early. We’re equipping this generation with real knowledge, clear guidance, and a sense of community.
When you get involved, you help move that mission forward.
